Web Design
CIMA Enterprises approached with an outdated digital presence that didn’t reflect their company culture or support clear user journeys. The challenge was to translate their energetic, team‑centric identity into a more engaging, modern website while balancing brand authenticity with professional structure.
Role & Collaboration
I led the UX and visual design direction and also handled all front-end development in WordPress — delivering a fully responsive, functional site from concept to launch. My focus was on clear information hierarchy, personality-rich visuals, lightweight motion, and a seamless user experience across devices. I collaborated closely with a design partner on visual ideation, then owned the build and implementation to ensure creative vision and performance were fully aligned.

Ideation & visual direction: I developed moodboards, layout explorations, and style directions that reflected the brand’s personality while improving clarity and structure.
Research & Alignment
We began by reviewing the existing site analytics, conducting stakeholder interviews, and identifying key use cases for site visitors. This informed the priority content and page templates.
Motion Strategy & Prototyping
Explored motion and interactive patterns through prototypes and motion libraries. Used video to translate storytelling into scalable assets.
Outcome & Impact
The redesigned website now reflects CIMA’s forward‑thinking culture with vibrant visuals and well‑structured content. The improved layout and interactions make it easier for users to understand CIMA’s portfolio and engage with the brand. The site also performed better in early usability feedback and internal reviews, with stakeholders highlighting greater alignment between digital presence and company identity.
